Start your day the right way with a short but
intense CrossTraining workout session. We will get you through a warm-up, workout and cool down right in time to enjoy the rest of the day!

CROSSTRAINING

Strength training, high intensity body weight movements, endurance training, cardio work outs and much more, all in one class!

LEGENDS

Age is just a number and our Legends proof
that! 1 hour of low impact excerises that
work strength, balance, coordination and
stamina.

BURN

Enjoy a class in which you give all-out, one
hundred percent effort through quick,
intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

ABS & ASS

We target your core and glutes! We use
everything from bands to kettlebells to
bodyweight.

BANDAS & LIGAS

Get a full body workout using only bands.
Build strenght and tone through resistance
training.
